How is the identity of the complainant protected?

The identity of the people who file complaints through the Ethics Line is protected through the following mechanisms:

  • The complainant has the option of submitting his report anonymously, without losing the possibility of following up on his case by consulting the complaint's file number
  • EthicsGlobal will only disclose the information of the complainant to Grupo SURA if he has expressly authorized it
  • Grupo SURA's Ethics Committee will not reveal any information that would identify the complainant
  • The Ethics Committee is made up of members of Senior Management, who have the necessary attributions to order the protection measures for the complainant that they consider necessary in each particular case
